E250-PV, V-cradle reel support for the E250 semi-electric work positioner

The E250-PV V-cradle platform is designed to support reels, rolls and cylindrical components on the E250 semi-electric work positioner. Its shape creates two supporting surfaces that help limit sideways movement when a round load is presented at the workstation.

This accessory is useful where handling through the central core is unsuitable or where the component must rest directly on its outer surface. It allows a cylindrical load to be brought close to a machine, workbench or inspection area.

Support a cylindrical load on two contact surfaces

A reel placed on a flat platform can roll when the positioner moves or the load is handled. The V-shaped profile provides a more suitable geometry and helps keep the component aligned with the support.

The height can then be adjusted electrically with the E250, presenting the load at a level suited to the operation.

A 400 x 300 mm V-cradle

The V-cradle platform measures 400 x 300 mm and weighs 10.3 kg. The component diameter, length and weight must be checked against the support dimensions before use.

The accessory is designed for the E250 semi-electric work positioner. The available load capacity depends on the load mass, its position in the V and its centre of gravity.
