High-lift pallet trucks with automatic leveling (optionnal)
When a pallet is used directly as a support for picking or packing operations, its height changes as the load is handled. High-lift pallet trucks with optional automatic height adjustment combine pallet transport with load positioning, while also allowing an automatic adjustment system to be added for the workstation. On compatible models, the optional automatic height adjustment sensor detects the position of the load in order to control its adjustment and help reduce musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This configuration is particularly suitable for repetitive picking or placing operations on pallets, where the aim is to maintain a more accessible working zone throughout the cycle. The high-lift function also remains useful for moving and then positioning the load without systematically relying on a fixed lifting table.
