The FM40 Heavy Duty Truck

New in the 2020-21 catalog, the FM40 heavy-duty bulky load steel sack truck is of premium quality. Thanks to a crawler tracks system, the sack truck can be used on stairs. It is ergonomic thanks to its large apron and the curved wrists allow a better grip. The FM40 is equipped with a standard holding strap with tensioner, which is very practical to transport your loads safely.

The ZP28 pneumatic tensioner for plastic strapping

The ZP28 is pneumatic strapping tool for plastic strapping, working by friction / fusion. It is equipped with a patented BRUSHLESS motor for a better durability. Compact and light, it weighs less than 3.5 kg (including battery). Its ergonomic shape and excellent weight distribution ensure a comfortable use for the operator.

The ZP2012: a 220V electric tensioner for plastic strap

New in the 2020-21 catalog, this cutter / crumpler is of robust steel construction. This unwinder is suitable for rolls with a maximum diameter of 228 mm. Horizontal (DPH) or vertical (DPV) dispensers are available. The blade cutter ensures a clean cut. This material can be fixed. Paper roll is not included.

The CCM100 cardboard edge protector cutter

The CCM100 is used for to cut cardboard edges (100 x 100 mm and 10 mm thickness). These edges reinforce the storage and transport of boxes packed on pallets. For a safe use, fix the CCM100 on a table or a workbench.

The FM60 heavy-duty truck

The FM60 is designed to move and lift furniture or other large and heavy objects. This heavy-duty truck has a 600 kg load capacity. The supports are foam-covered and equipped with polyester straps to prevent any damage to the goods and to ensure safe movements. In case of intensive use, the wheels should be re-greased weekly or monthly, using the standard multi-bag grease.

The SBA and SBFO waste containers

Thanks to their chassis based on the European standard, the SBA self-tipping waste containers can be transported by forklift truck or by pallet truck thanks to their open frame. The automatic tilting of these skips is done by a pressure plate on the front of the fork passages. It can also be done by a manual operation of locking by cable which can be carried out directly from the fork truck.

The rotator HES, accessory for stackers

The HES rotator is an accessory for stackers. This equipment fits with HES15/3000 and HES15/3000 FRLE (adjustable forks and framing beams) stackers. It can lift 1 ton loads and the rotation angle is 360º.

The SCP05EE pivoting counterbalance shop crane designed for the wine industry

The SCP05EE pivoting counterbalance shop crane has been designed for the wine industry. It is versatile and easy to operate thanks to the electric lifting and extension with a high positioning accuracy. The load capacity is 500 kg (features a built-in ballast). The mast is fixed on a rotating turret with 8 locking positions. The shop crane is delivered with a shackle and 360° rotating large opening hook.

The ES35TC: compact and lightweight semi-electric scissor access lift

Working height of the ES35TC is 5500 mm. The compact (7900 mm width) and lightweight semi electric scissor access light is equipped with foldable guardrails to fit into a vehicle and safety brakes when lifting. Typical applications for this material are maintenance, cleaning, painting, etc.

The HB1056EN electric scissor lifht pallet truck

This premium electric scissor lift pallet truck has a 1 ton capacity and can lift loads up to 800 mm. It offers an excellent stability for fast and effortless load transport and lifting (up to 1 metric ton and 800 mm height). The lift is electrical and the lowering manual. The furniture mover FM180B 1800?kg

The FM180B is used for lifting and transporting furniture and other large objects. It has a load capacity of 1.8 tons. It is made of high-strength steel and has a non-slip rubber-coated lip. The lifting is operated manually by a hydraulic pump. The wheels swivel up to 180°, which allows the goods to be transported in all directions. When moving, the goods are held in place by an easy-to-use ratchet strap.

Our range of HY extra flat electric lifting tables

With 10 different models to choose from, the HY range of extra-flat electric lifting tables is suitable for all types of tasks and working environments. Premium quality and extremely rigid, these lifting tables have a capacity of 1 to 2 tons. The minimum and maximum lifting heights vary between 85mm and 870mm depending on the model. These tables can be operated with a remote control connected by a 3m cable, which allows the operator to have a secure overview of his work area. It is possible to configure the constant levelling (to be specified when ordering). HY1001 and HY1003 are available in 220 volts.

The electric lifting table with U-shaped platform HU

The electric U-shaped lift table is available in two capacities: 1 tonne and 1.5 tonnes. The U-shaped platform and the low folded height (85mm) allow the table to be used without a pit or ramp. It is a robust, reliable and very practical lift table. The dimensions of the table top are: 1450 x 1140 mm for the HU1000 model (1 ton) and 1600 x 1160 mm for the HU1500 model (2 tons). The distance between the U-arms is 585 mm, making it ideal for palletising or packing stations. It is possible to configure the levelling (please ask when ordering).

The SRS1345 electric stacker

The SRS1345 electric stacker is a top-of-the-range product in our materials handling and warehouse catalogue. It has a compact design with an excellent reach function. This stacker can be used in narrow handling areas. It reaches a speed of 8 km/h on the self-supporting model. Power steering combined with an AC traction motor allows for efficient driving. Despite the high-end components, this electric stacker is excellent value for money. A folding platform option is available on this product (recommended for use in warehouses and over long distances).

MER manual positioner stackers

Our range of manual positioner stackers have been designed to be transported in a commercial vehicle. These stackers are equipped with 8 wheels and removable stabilisers. They also have a reversible fork carriage for greater height. Depending on the model chosen, the reach can be extended from 5 to 8 metres in height, for load capacities of 200 to 400 kg (depending on the version). There are 11 models as well as numerous accessories such as jibs, removable trays and hooks.

The DG30 drum clamp

The DG30 drum clamp is a forklift attachment used for safely moving rimmed metal drums. Very easy to use, it also allows the stacking of drums or canisters in a vertical position. This clamp has a load capacity of 440 kg. The size of its sleeves is 140 x 55 mm. It also exists in a double drum version (our reference DG20) capable of carrying two metal drums or canisters with a capacity of 220 kg each.

The combined manual tensioner and sealer for polypropylene strapping (models P1604 or P1605)

The manual tensioning and crimping unit is a packaging tool that allows the strapping to be tensioned, cut and then crimped. It has been designed for 12 mm or 16 mm polypropylene straps depending on the model. A plastic strap is light and flexible. It is suitable for all forms of packaging and has good elastic strength. It is also very good value for money.

The battery-operated tensioner for plastic strapping (models ZP90, ZP93 and ZP97)

Weighing less than 3.5 kg (including battery), this battery-operated plastic strap tensioner is compact, lightweight and easy to handle. It is a high tension plastic strapping equipment designed to use PP and PET straps. It is powered by a single brushless DC motor to drive both the tensioning and friction welding mechanisms. 3 models available depending on the width of the strap used: ZP90 (9 to 13 mm), ZP93 (12 to 16 mm), ZP97 (16 to 19 mm).

The TP202CE semi-automatic strapping machine

The TP6000 automatic strapping machine is guaranteed premium quality. It is compatible with 9, 12 and 15.5 mm strapping. This strapping machine is available in single-phase (model TP6000CE1) or three-phase (model TP6000CE3). This strapping machine produces 25 straps per minute.

The SECL10N electric stacker

The new generation of SECL10N electric stackers is a combination of compactness and efficiency. We offer 6 different models in this range of electric stackers, depending on your load capacity and lifting requirements. These stackers are appreciated for their compactness and great maneuverability. They are ISO13849 certified and equipped with high quality components.

Adhesive applicator PW-553SF

This PW-553SF adhesive applicator operates with a side belt product drive with folding flap and allows reversing of the drives on both sides. It is suitable for carton sizes of 150 x 120 x 85 mm minimum and - x 500 x 500 mm maximum. The emergency stop and on/off switch can be installed on either side of the machine. Several options are available: automatic stop after 60 seconds, extendable conveyor, 304 stainless steel structure, maximum tape width of 75mm.

The electric lifting tables of the HW range

Our lift tables of the HW series are of premium quality. They are equipped with a BUCHER electro-hydraulic unit and high-quality components. These lifting tables are extremely rigid. For the protection of the operators, they have a safety frame to stop the descent in case of an obstacle. The contactor is anti-shear, the rollers and bushes are self-lubricating and the valve has a constant flow. They are available with the constant level option (to be requested when ordering) and are available in single phase 220V. The TP6000 automatic strapping machine (2 models: 220V and 380V)

The TP6000 automatic strapping machine is a robust and reliable piece of equipment, available in single-phase (TP6000CE1) or three-phase (TP6000CE3). This strapping machine is suitable for 9 mm, 12 mm and 15.5 mm wide straps. Strapping, tensioning, sealing and cutting are done automatically. The equipment is easy to use: position the package under the arch and start the cycle by manual contact or by a foot pedal. At the end of the cycle, the machine initializes and prepares for the next strapping. The dimensions of the arch are 850 mm wide by 600 mm wide on the standard model (consult us for other dimensions).

The HES1016 semi-electric stacker (1 ton)

The HES1016 is a robust, high performance, premium quality, semi-electric stacker ideal for warehouse operations. It has a long range thanks to its 150 Ah battery. The movement is manual and the lift is electric. This semi-electric stacker is very maneuverable and has a lifting capacity of 1 ton and a lifting height of 1600mm. Three other models in this range are available with lift heights of 2500mm, 3000mm and 3300mm.

The HES1535 semi-electric stacker (1.5 ton)

The STOCKMAN HES1535 semi-electric stacker is robust and powerful. It has a lifting capacity of 1.5 tonnes. It is easy to maintain and operate thanks to its maintenance batteries and integrated charger. This model has a lifting height of 3500mm. There are 3 other semi-electric stackers in this range with lift heights of 1600mm, 2000mm and 2500mm. This stacker is ISO13849 certified. It is also available with adjustable forks and framing beams (model FRLE).

The SECL1016N electric stacker

The SECL1016N electric stacker belongs to the SECL10N electric stacker range. The model 1016 has a nominal capacity of one ton, a lifting height of 1610 mm. It is electrically driven and manually operated. It travels at a speed of 4.5 km/h. Its maneuverability and ergonomic tiller help to combat MSD (musculoskeletal disorders). It is ISO13849 certified and equipped with top of the range components.

The SEPT15W and SPT15N electric and semi-electric pedestrian pallet trucks

The accompanying SEPT15W and SPT15N electric pallet trucks have a capacity of 1.5 ton. Their light and compact design is suitable for a variety of applications in warehouses or truck deliveries. These pallet trucks are the ideal solution for light duty work. The integrated charger for longer range. They are equipped with a battery discharge indicator with automatic lift cut-off for longer battery life. For better stability, they are mounted on stabilizing rollers. The option of a protective backrest is available on request.

The SECL1032N electric stacker

The SECL1032N electric stacker is an economical pedestrian truck. It has a capacity of 1 ton and a lifting height of 3140 mm. Compact and lightweight, it is suitable for all types of use. This electric stacker is also available with framing beams on the FRLE model. It is an ISO13849 certified equipment equipped with high quality components. Its ergonomic, offset tiller arm reduces musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). This stacker is extremely quiet: less than 65 dB.
