The E250-ROTATOR reel rotator adapts the E250 semi-electric work positioner for handling and orienting reels with a compatible core diameter. It allows the reel to be presented at workstation height and rotated around its axis according to the operation.

This configuration can be used in packaging areas, converting workshops and production stations that need to control roll orientation before installation or during use.

Position and orient a reel with the same equipment

The E250 provides vertical movement. The reel rotator supports the reel axially and allows its orientation to be adjusted. The operator can therefore bring the roll close to a machine or workstation, set its height and adjust its position without using several intermediate items of equipment.

This arrangement supports reel changes and preparation before mounting the reel on an installation.

Designed for a 74 mm reel core

The reel rotator has a stated diameter of 74 mm and weighs 10.4 kg. The internal reel core diameter must be checked to confirm compatibility with the device.
