E250-AXE, reel mandrel for the E250 semi-electric work positioner

The E250-AXE reel mandrel converts the E250 semi-electric work positioner into equipment suitable for reels and rolls with a compatible core diameter. The reel is fitted directly onto the mandrel so it can be moved over short distances and presented at a suitable working height.

This configuration is intended for workshops, packing areas, packaging stations and production environments that regularly handle film rolls, flexible materials or other reel-based consumables. The E250 provides powered lifting and lowering, while the mandrel supports and centres the load.

Present reels at the required working height

The E250-AXE makes it possible to bring a reel close to a machine, unwinder, workbench or preparation area without repeated manual handling. The operator adjusts the height with the E250 lifting system, then positions the reel for the task to be carried out.

This arrangement is useful when reels are stored at a different level from their operating height. It also supports reel changes at workstations where the available space is limited.

A 600 mm mandrel for compatible reel cores

The accessory has a 600 mm long mandrel with a diameter of 50 mm. These dimensions must be checked against the reel width, internal core diameter and centre of gravity before use.

The accessory weighs 3 kg and is designed exclusively for the E250 semi-electric work positioner. The actual permissible load must remain compatible with the positioner capacity, load position and operating conditions.
