E250-PR, load roller platform for the E250 semi-electric work positioner

The E250-PR load roller platform converts the E250 semi-electric work positioner into a transfer support for loads with a flat, rigid base. The rollers make it easier to move a load between the positioner and equipment set at a similar height.

This accessory is suitable for stations connected to a conveyor, table, workbench or machine. It allows the load to be brought close, adjusted in height and then transferred in the roller direction without manually lifting it.

Create a mobile link between two items of equipment

The load roller platform can act as an interface between a storage area and a production station. Once the positioner is located and the height adjusted, the load can be pushed or pulled in the roller direction.

This setup is useful where the material flow does not justify a fixed conveyor over the full distance. The E250 remains available to serve several stations or different stages of the process.

A 500 x 418 mm roller platform

The load roller platform measures 500 x 418 mm and weighs 19.2 kg. The underside of the load must provide regular support across several rollers.

The E250-PR is designed for the E250 semi-electric work positioner. Transfer height must be adjusted accurately to minimise the level difference between the platform and the receiving equipment.
