PT20D-ION, STOCKMAN 2000 kg lithium ergonomic pallet stacker

The PT20D-ION is a lithium electric pedestrian pallet stacker designed to combine horizontal transport, initial lift, order preparation and pallet stacking. It can move loads in pallet truck mode, load or unload trucks and stack pallets according to the selected mast height.

Its design meets the needs of warehouses, loading docks, storerooms, workshops and logistics platforms that require more versatility with a single machine. The PT20D-ION can carry two pallets at the same time thanks to its initial lift, with a double-pallet capacity of 1000 kg + 1000 kg. It can also take 2000 kg on the straddle legs and 1000 kg on the forks.

Transporting, lifting and preparing orders with one machine

The steel battery cover contributes to overall protection. The static hydraulic system design avoids movement of the hydraulic system during lifting and lowering, contributing to machine stability during lifting operations.

The Schabmüller AC traction motor provides acceleration and smooth operation. The PT20D-ION also integrates components recognised in material handling: Kordel gearbox, Intorq brakes, Wicke steering wheels, Curtis controller, Rema tiller and SPE or ATIB chargers depending on configuration.

24 V, 150 Ah lithium battery with side extraction

The PT20D-ION is equipped with a 24 V, 150 Ah lithium battery. Side extraction makes battery replacement and routine maintenance operations easier.

Access to components is made easier by removing the cover fixed with a single screw. Steering and drive wheels can be changed without having to lift the machine.
