DESCRIPTION
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • The PTL pedestrian powered pallet truck series are renowned for its ergonomic, compact and maneuverable characteristics.
  • They are competitive and robust.
  • The German AC traction motor is powerful and maintenance-free.
  • Core components come from top brands (Kordel, Intorq, Wicke for instance).
  • This equipment helps prevent MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders).
  • These electric pallet truck have a travel speed of 6 km/h
  • It has a gradeability performance of 8 % laden and 15% unladen
  • Equipped with electromagnetic brakes
  • Load capacities change depending on the model: 2.5 metric tons for PT20L
  • Wheels are made of polyurethane (PU) and measure 230 mm diameter

  • A long steering handle guarantees the operator is at a safe distance from the pallet truck.
  • The steering handle design ensures less operational efforts compared to short handle pallet trucks.
  • The multiplexing system CAN-BUS increases the unit's performance and reduces maintenance downtime.
  • The pallet truck and its components have been specially designed to perform maintenance and servicing with ease.
  • With only 2 screws, the cowl can be easily removed for easy access to all components. Wheels and rollers can be easily replaced without a lifting device.
  • Each PT L series has a battery for a specific type of use: PT25L has a 350 AH DIN 3PzS battery (345 kg) with a standard side-mounted compartment for long operations and several shifts use.
  • PT L pallet trucks series chassis is extremely robust and its mainframe is 8 mm thick.
  • The stainless steel battery reduces maintenance costs and possible damages significantly.
  • Traction motor and brakes are well protected.
  • Zapi motor controller (IP54) is dust and splash resistant. Moreover, the controller on PT20L can be fully customized to meet specific user requirements.
  • Sound level at driver's ear acc. to EN 12053: 65 dB for PT25L
