The EXC-103SDBL carton sealing machine is a semi-automatic case sealer designed to close cardboard boxes during packing and shipping operations. It can handle low-height cartons from 80 mm while accommodating a range of box sizes. Its side-belt drive and roller conveyors help move cartons through the machine as the adhesive tape is applied.

Seal low-height cartons without changing machines

The EXC-103SDBL handles cartons measuring between 80 and 500 mm in height and between 110 and 500 mm in width. The minimum permissible carton length is 120 mm.

This dimensional range enables it to process different shipping boxes, including certain flat packages used to pack parts, accessories or products with a low vertical profile.

Side-belt drive to move cartons through the machine

Cartons are conveyed by drive belts positioned on either side. These move each carton through the tape application area.
