The PZG-AISI manual stainless steel mechanical extension is an option designed for SCP05M304 cantilever workshop cranes. It increases the useful reach of the boom on a 304 stainless steel crane, while keeping a manual extension suitable for environments where hygiene, corrosion resistance and positioning accuracy are priorities. It is suitable for environments subject to hygiene requirements or regular cleaning, such as food processing areas, laboratories, wet areas or sites requiring equipment adapted to these operating conditions.

Extending the reach of an SCP05M304 stainless steel crane

On a cantilever crane, the distance between the mast and the lifting point determines access to the load. The PZG-AISI extension meets this need when the standard boom of the SCP05M304 is not sufficient to reach a machine, workstation, container or drop-off area.

It allows the operator to work over an obstacle, approach a load located behind a frame or place an item in an area where bulkier equipment cannot easily be used. Its main benefit is to keep a mobile, compact lifting solution suited to the constraints of a stainless steel working environment.
