TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The SCP05EE-1000 cantilever workshop crane is part of a wide range of 360° counterweight slewing cranes with manual traction and a maximum capacity of up to 500 kg.
It differs from other cranes in the range in that all controls are electric, with adjustable speed: lift, lower, extend and retract the jib. The jib is also larger than other SCP05 cranes, giving it an overhang of 1400 mm (with standard jib) to 1910 mm (with optional jib extension).
The crane is operated by hydraulic lever or electric control.
This crane represents the most cost-effective and flexible solution for lifting and transporting loads in a variety of applications, such as: machining centers and machine tools, delivery to assembly lines, assembly operations, load handling.

This mobile crane is safe. The hydraulic system is equipped with an automatic load-limiting device and integrated safety valve to prevent accidental lowering in the event of tube rupture.
The SCP05EE-1000 is equipped with 2 heavy-duty castor wheels with bumper supports and parking brakes, and 2 fixed front wheels with bearings.
The chassis has an epoxy paint finish and is fitted with fork pockets for forklift movement.
The tiller handle can be removed.

1000 electric mobile crane is equipped with an electric jib controlled by a lever valve. The lever valve activates the following functions at infinitely variable speed: arm lifting, arm lowering, arm extension and retraction.

We do, however, recommend internet training to fully understand the residual capacities depending on the position of the hook on the crane arm. These vary. The further the load is from the mast, the lower the load capacity.
