The SCP02 range of rotating cantilever workshop cranes is designed to easily lift loads of up to 200 kg with a 360° mast swivel. These compact, manually-operated cranes provide a safe, ergonomic lifting solution for confined spaces. 5 models are available. The differences are mainly in the manual or electric lifting, lowering and extension of the jib. Depending on the variant, overhangs range from 770 mm to 1910 mm. Maximum lift heights range from 2750 to 2850 mm. These cranes weigh 440 kg.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The SCP02 range of counterbalanced rotary workshop cranes is a cost-effective and flexible solution for lifting and transporting loads in industrial environments. These cantilever cranes are the answer when a stacker or forklift is not suited to the working environment. They are easy to handle. This workshop equipment is highly versatile and can lift loads of up to 200 kg. SCP02 rotary cranes are manually operated. They are used in machine tool machining centres, for delivery to assembly lines, for assembly operations and for machine maintenance. Stockman is the exclusive distributor for Italian manufacturer Flex Lifting. Advantages of the SCP02 rotating cantilever workshop crane The SCP02 range of rotating cantilever workshop cranes is ideal for lifting and transporting loads of up to 200 kg. These rotating cranes are equipped with a 360° rotating mast. With a maximum width of 800 mm, SCP02 counterweight cranes are versatile and meet the specific needs of a wide range of industrial environments (see applications below). Compact and manually operated, SCP02 cranes offer a safe, ergonomic lifting solution. Lifting is effortless thanks to the overhang. The overhang varies from 1270 mm to 1910 mm depending on the model chosen. Maximum lift heights range from 2750 to 2850 mm. The overhang can be increased by adding a jib extension. For rotary cranes SCP02M, SCP02E, SCP02EE the overhang is 1270 mm. For the SCP02ESE-400 rotary workshop crane: 1312 mm. Finally, for the counterweight crane, the overhang is increased to 1910 mm. Load capacity changes according to the distance between the mast and the position of the swivel hook on which the load is hooked. The further the load is from the rotating mast, the lower the capacity of the crane. It is important to train the personnel who use these workshop cranes to avoid accidental overloading and tipping. These residual capacities are indicated in the technical data sheets and the downloadable sales brochure. The SCP02 range offers manual and electric options for raising, lowering and extending the jib, depending on the model. For example, the SCP02M model is equipped with a double-action quick-lift pump for fast, efficient manual handling of loads. The SCP02E counterweight crane, on the other hand, offers electric lifting and lowering at a speed controlled by a wired remote control. The SCP02EE cantilever crane features adjustable-speed electric lifting and lowering. Finally, the SCP02ESE-400 and SCP02ESE-1000 models feature speed-adjustable electric lifting, lowering and jib extension. Durability and robust Italian construction are key features. The chassis is finished with a hard-wearing epoxy paint to ensure optimum durability, even under rigorous working conditions. The compact design of the SCP02 compact counterweight cranes makes them ideal for handling heavy objects in confined spaces. With a maximum width of 800 mm, the cantilever cranes access spaces that forklift trucks cannot. Manual traction ensures easy mobility for all operators. In addition, the cranes are equipped with a removable guide drawbar, 2 castor wheels with bumper supports and parking brakes, and 2 fixed front wheels with bearings, ensuring optimum manoeuvrability. Lifting and lowering movements are secured by a hydraulic system with an automatic load-limiting device. A safety valve prevents accidental lowering in the event of tube rupture. The rotating workshop crane is therefore safe and reliable for all operators. The 360° swivel hook offers maximum versatility when lifting, and enables loads to be positioned precisely. The 4-position extendable jib, combined with an optional adjustable arm, makes the workshop cranes suitable for a variety of lifting situations. For example, for moving heavy metal parts, industrial engines, moulds, goods or machinery. The ergonomic design of the SCP02 range, combined with the fact that there is no need for CACES or driving authorisation, means operational flexibility without compromising on quality and safety.
