The SCGZ1000 manual drive counterbalanced workshop cranes range is a technical, high-performance mobile lifting solution. Arm raising, lowering, extension and retraction are manual or electric, depending on the chosen model. DESCRIPTION

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The SCGZ1000 manual drive counterbalanced cranes are designed to lift and move loads of up to 1 ton. Thanks to their cantilever design, these cranes enable loads to be positioned safely and precisely, even in the presence of obstacles or workspace protection. The overhang with the standard jib is 1250 mm. Thanks to an optional extension, the overhang can reach 2000 mm. The compactness of these cranes, especially their 800 mm width, makes them ideal for use in confined spaces. The advantages of the SCGZ1000 range of manual drive and cantilever workshop cranes:
Durability and sturdy Italian construction: All cranes components are made in Italy for recognized high construction quality and guaranteed flawlessness. The chassis is finished with a more resistant epoxy paint under rigorous working conditions. Thanks to the geographical proximity of our manufacturer, the need for cranes or crane spare parts is facilitated and delivery times are short.
Compactness: Thanks to a fixed mast and compact dimensions (2400 mm long x 800 mm wide x 1920 mm high), this range of cantilever cranes is ideal for handling heavy objects in confined spaces.
Maneuverability: SCGZ1000 workshop cranes are equipped with a gas-spring guide drawbar and a 200 mm diameter double steering wheel, with ball bearings and braking system for added safety. At the front, 2 fixed 250 mm-diameter wheels with bearings facilitate movement.
Efficient, safe lifting and lowering: Depending on the model chosen, the boom can be raised, lowered and extended either manually or electrically. On the standard SCGZ1000 model, the crane is equipped with a double-action rapid-lift pump for fast, efficient manual handling of loads. Lowering is controlled, precise and safe thanks to an adjustable-speed crank handle. Boom extension in 4 positions is manual. For the SCGZ1000B model, lifting and lowering are electrically operated at 1 speed, precisely controlled by a wired remote control. For this crane, jib extension in 4 positions is manual. The SCGZ1000BP crane features 1-speed electric lifting, while lowering is electric and speed-adjustable, controlled by a wired remote control. Fork extension in 4 positions remains manual. Finally, the SCGZ1000BSE crane model is equipped with adjustable-speed electric lifting and lowering. The same applies to fork extension: electric with adjustable speed. Safe hydraulic system: The hydraulic system incorporates an automatic load-limiting device for safe operation. Equipped with an integrated safety valve to prevent accidental lowering in the event of tube rupture. 360° swiveling hook: The 360° swiveling hook allows maximum versatility when lifting and positioning loads precisely.
Extendable boom and adjustable arm: The boom can be extended to 4 positions, making it adaptable to a wide range of lifting situations, such as moving heavy metal parts, industrial engines, molds, goods or machinery. For even greater reach, an optional extension arm extends the reach to 2000 mm. Reach with the standard arm is 1250 mm. Arm extension and retraction are manual for the SCGZ1000 standard, SCGZ1000B and SCGZ1000BP models. For the SCGZ1000BSE model, boom extension and retraction is electric, with adjustable speed.
Optimum ergonomics: The overhang and design of these cranes offer complete ergonomics, with precise, safe movements for lift operators. No effort is required to operate this workshop crane. Its design helps to combat musculoskeletal disorders, and operators' well-being is preserved.
CONTROLS and DRIVING AUTHORIZATIONS: The SCGZ1000 range of workshop cranes is hand-pulled. Operators therefore do not need a CACES or driving authorization to use it. However, in-house training is recommended. This range of cranes offers real operational flexibility, without compromising quality or safety.
Easy to move: The chassis of this range of cranes is fitted with fork pockets to make it easier to move them from one site to another using a forklift truck. Cost-efficiency and flexibility: The SCGZ1000 is a cost-effective lifting solution with manual traction and a fixed mast. Maintenance costs are reduced. What's more, they're delivered ready to use. No prior installation or environmental adaptation is required.
