The PS12N-ION is a lithium electric ride-on stacker designed to lift, move and store palletised loads up to 1200 kg. Its short tiller configuration, foldable platform and power steering make it suitable for logistics areas where manoeuvres need to remain fast, precise and controlled. It is suitable for warehouses, storage areas, workshops, picking areas and industrial environments requiring a compact lithium electric stacker for regular stacking operations.

Improving efficiency in pallet flows

The PS12N-ION meets the needs of teams required to carry out repeated moving, storage and racking operations without using a bulkier forklift truck. Its 1200 kg capacity covers common palletised loads in goods-in, dispatch, order picking or production line supply.

With a standard lift height of 2830 mm, it can position loads on intermediate storage levels. Its overall length of 1855 mm and turning radius of 1380 mm make it easier to integrate into working aisles, back-of-store storage areas or restricted circulation zones.

Ride-on operation designed for repeated cycles

The foldable platform allows the operator to travel with the stacker during internal movements. The side protections and platform suspension contribute to operating comfort during repeated travel cycles. The AC traction motor, combined with AC speed control transmission, provides progressive driving. Travel speed reaches 8 km/h unloaded and 7 km/h loaded. Electric power steering helps maintain precise driving during storage manoeuvres, aisle changes and rack approaches.

The stacker integrates recognised components for traction, reduction, braking, hydraulics and control functions. The robust chassis, 8 mm reinforced carriage plate and steel battery cover protect sensitive components from impacts related to the working environment.

Proportional lifting and lowering make it possible to control fork movement more accurately. This progressive movement is useful when placing pallets on racks, picking up fragile loads or approaching a storage support.
